Unimo Platform License and Service Agreement
User Agreement Update Notice
Dear Users, to implement requirements under the Measures for the Identification of AIGenerated and Synthesized Content and related regulations, we have added provisions in Chapter 6 [User Conduct Rules] describing how Unimo labels AIgenerated/synthetic content, including the labeling methods and styles you will see in the product.
Please read the updated agreement below.
Effective date: September 1, 2025
Introduction
This Unimo Platform License and Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and the Unimo service provider (collectively, “Unimo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you fully understand each clause—especially those that disclaim or limit Unimo’s liability, restrict user rights, and set out dispute resolution and governing law. Some of these terms are emphasized below.
By clicking “Agree,” “Accept,” or “Next,” or by registering for or using the Unimo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are under 18 years old, please review this Agreement with your legal guardian. You may use Unimo only after your legal guardian consents, and you must pay particular attention to the Minors provisions in this Agreement.
If you have questions, complaints, or suggestions regarding this Agreement or the Unimo services, please contact Unimo Support at:

1. Definitions
1.1 Agreement: This document and all supplementary terms that are incorporated by reference, including the Unimo Terms of Service, Unimo Privacy Policy, Unimo Community Guidelines, productspecific rules, and any subsequent updates to the foregoing.
1.2 Service Rules: Any user guidelines, community policies, announcements, prompts, notices, and productspecific rules that Unimo publishes or updates from time to time in connection with the services.
1.3 Unimo Service Provider: The entity providing the Unimo services to you. Unless otherwise stated, this is Eastern Star Global, with its principal place of business in Wyoming(“Unimo” or “we”).
1.4 Unimo Services: Unimo’s platform and related online services, features, applications, content, and any software that enable you to browse, create, share, and/or purchase content or digital services through Unimo.
1.5 Software: Any software application (including mobile apps, desktop clients, web apps, SDKs, or console/TV apps) that Unimo provides, together with related documentation.
1.6 User, you: A natural person authorized under this Agreement to register for and use the Unimo services.
1.7 Service Data: Data recorded on Unimo servers that arise from your use of the services (e.g., logs, device/network information, behavioral signals, purchase records, and usage records).
1.8 Digital Items: Platformprovided items or value stored and displayed through electronic records and usable only within Unimo (e.g., credits, tokens, points, subscriptions, badges, filters, effects, or other valueadded services). Digital Items are part of the service and not currency.
1.9 User Content / UGC: Content that you create, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available on or through Unimo, including text, images, audio, video, streams, comments, and other materials.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration and RealName Requirements
To use Unimo, you must register a Unimo account using a phone number, email, or a supported thirdparty account (e.g., Apple ID, Google, WeChat, etc.), and—where required by applicable law—complete realname verification. You must provide truthful, lawful, accurate, and valid information and keep it up to date. Unimo may require additional verification to prevent misuse, fraud, and to comply with minorprotection or other regulatory requirements.
2.2 Age Assurance and Additional Verification
Where permitted by law and only for antifraud/minorprotection purposes, Unimo may ask you to complete additional verification (e.g., SMS verification, liveness/face verification, or similar checks) and compare such information with authoritative or telecom databases. If you decline or do not pass verification, you may be unable to use part or all of the services or may face feature limits. Data used for biometric verification will be handled as described in the Unimo Privacy Policy and, if applicable, not retained beyond the permitted purpose.
2.3 Guest Mode
If Unimo offers guest mode, you may not be able to purchase Digital Items or post certain content. Deleting or reinstalling the app, changing devices, or device failure may permanently erase guestmode data, which cannot be recovered.
2.4 ThirdParty Accounts
If you register or sign in via a thirdparty account, you must comply with that third party’s terms. Issues arising from the thirdparty account (including compromise or loss of access) must be resolved with that provider. Unimo may provide reasonable assistance but is not responsible for thirdparty account issues.
2.5 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Unimo immediately through the support channels listed above. Unimo may take measures (e.g., login suspension) upon verifying your identity. If you cannot verify ownership or your information does not match the registered data, Unimo may deny requests.
2.6 Dormant Accounts
To efficiently use server resources, if you do not log into your account for three (3) years, Unimo may—after prior notice—delete the account and/or associated Service Data.
2.7 Account Ownership and Use
Accounts are the property of Unimo. You receive only a limited right of use. You must not transfer, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise share your account for commercial purposes (including streaming, recording, or “boosting”/paid operations). Violations may result in enforcement under Section 6.5.
2.8 Account Deletion
If Unimo offers an account deletion function and you meet the published requirements, you may delete your account after accepting the Unimo Account Deletion Terms. Important: Deleting your account will cause permanent loss of Digital Items, balances, subscriptions, levels, badges, and other service benefits (collectively, “Service Benefits”). Deletion is treated as voluntary waiver of any remaining Service Benefits.
3. Collection, Use, and Protection of Information
3.1 You authorize Unimo to collect and process personal information to perform this Agreement, to provide and secure the services, and for other purposes described in the Unimo Privacy Policy.
3.2 If Unimo sends you product updates, promotions, or activity information, your data will be used and processed consistent with the Unimo Privacy Policy.
3.3 Where applicable lawfully required by competent authorities, Unimo may cooperate by providing account identity information and service records (e.g., recharge/consumption/transaction data), and may restrict or freeze accounts pursuant to lawful orders.
3.4 You must respect personal information of others that you obtain through Unimo and must not collect, copy, store, disseminate, or use such information except as permitted by law and Unimo’s rules.
3.5 If you withdraw consent where permitted, such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
4. Unimo Services
4.1 License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws, Unimo grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Unimo services for noncommercial purposes, including installing and running the Software, creating a profile, browsing or sharing content, using social features, and purchasing or using Digital Items and premium features.
4.2 Recording, Broadcasting, and Redistribution
Unless expressly permitted by Unimo, you may not record, live stream, rebroadcast, or otherwise redistribute service content to third parties.
4.3 Software Form
Where services are provided through Software, Section 5 (Software License) also applies.
4.4 Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Unimo.
4.5 Breach Consequences
If you breach this Agreement or the Service Rules, Unimo may take measures under Section 6.5 and seek damages for loss caused by your breach.
4.6 LawEnforcement Cooperation and Fraud
Unimo may take appropriate legal action against users who violate laws or this Agreement and may preserve information and report to authorities where required.
4.7 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Unimo harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach or violation of law.
4.8 Digital Items and Premium Services
Digital Items and premium services are part of the Unimo services. They may be subject to validity periods and may expire if unused by the end of the validity period, except as otherwise required by law. If no validity period is specified or if “permanent” is indicated, the term lasts until service termination.
4.9 Service Adjustments
To improve user experience and service quality, Unimo may adjust, update, or optimize features, parameters, and presentation of Digital Items or other service content.
4.10 Security and Fair Environment
To protect accounts and maintain a fair, healthy, and safe environment, Unimo may use technical measures to understand runtime environment/processes related to the services and may respond to unauthorized or harmful programs.
4.11 Trust & Safety Score
Unimo may implement a Trust & Safety or similar scoring system to encourage compliant behavior and fair use. See the published Trust & Safety Terms (if any).
4.12 Minors’ Protection
Unimo will implement reasonable measures to protect minors (e.g., content gating, feature limits, time management tools, spending limits, or ageappropriate experiences). Guardians should guide minors to read and follow safety instructions. Users must not publish content harmful to the physical or mental health of minors.
4.13 Fees and Changes
Some services may be feebased. You may choose whether to pay for such services. Prices and fee items may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, purchases of Digital Items or premium services are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable (except where a mandatory refund right applies).
4.14 Chargebacks/Refund Reversals
If a purchase is canceled, refunded, or reversed (e.g., chargeback), Unimo may deduct or remove the corresponding Digital Items or benefits from the recipient account(s). If an account’s current balance is insufficient, Unimo may offset with future accruals.
4.15 Force Majeure
Unimo is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., changes in laws or orders, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, strikes, war, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events).
5. Software License
5.1 Acquisition
Download Software only from Unimo’s official channels or authorized third parties. Unofficial sources may be unsafe or nonfunctional.
5.2 Versions
Unimo may develop different versions for different platforms or operating systems. Install the appropriate version for your device and follow the installation prompts.
5.3 Scope of License
You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single device for noncommercial purposes.
5.4 Optional Recommendations
During installation, Unimo may suggest additional apps or features. You may accept or decline.
5.5 Uninstall
You may uninstall at any time.
5.6 Updates and Changes
Unimo may update the Software and may change or limit some functions to ensure security and consistency.
5.7 Legacy Versions
Older versions may stop working after new versions are released. Unimo does not guarantee continued availability or support for legacy versions.
6. User Conduct Rules
6.1 Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your account, including content you post and the consequences thereof.
6.2 No Infringement or Abuse
Beyond permitted uses, you must not infringe Unimo’s intellectual property or harm Unimo or thirdparty rights and interests.
6.3 Illegal or Prohibited Content/Conduct
You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the services to engage in illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to content that:
· Violates constitutional principles;
· Endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
· Damages national honor or interests;
· Defames, distorts, desecrates, or denies deeds and spirits of national heroes;
· Promotes terrorism or extremism;
· Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermines ethnic unity;
· Undermines religious policies or promotes cults/superstition;
· Spreads rumors or disrupts social order;
· Spreads obscene/pornographic, gambling, violent, or criminal content;
· Insults or defames others, or infringes privacy or other lawful rights;
· Violates public order and good customs; or
· Is otherwise prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or state policies.
You also must not post “bad information,” including:
· Sensationalized or misleading titles;
· Hype about scandals or misconduct;
· Improper commentary on disasters or major accidents;
· Sexual suggestion or titillation;
· Blood, gore, or shocking cruelty;
· Content that incites discrimination;
· Vulgar, tawdry, or debasing content;
· Content likely to induce minors to emulate unsafe or antisocial behavior; or
· Other content that adversely affects the online ecosystem.
6.4 Technical Restrictions
Unless allowed by law or with Unimo’s written permission, you must not:
· Remove copyright notices in the Software or copies;
· Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover source code or confidential content;
· Scan, probe, or test for bugs or vulnerabilities;
· Copy, modify, hook, inject, intercept, or create derivative works of the Software, service data, or runtime data (including using unauthorized plugins, automation, bots, or thirdparty tools);
· Modify or forge commands or data to change functions or outcomes, or operate or distribute tools for such purposes;
· Use, develop, distribute, or promote any nonUnimo plugins, bots, scripts, or systems to access the services;
· Rent, lend, copy, link, repost, compile, publish, or mirror Unimo content without permission;
· Provide the same or similar services by mirroring or snapshotting Unimo;
· Separate and use any component of Unimo in violation of this Agreement;
· Use, alter, or obscure Unimo’s name, trademarks, or other IP; or
· Engage in any other unauthorized acts.
If Unimo hosts any multiuser discussion, chat rooms, or communities, you must comply with Community Guidelines and platform rules.
6.5 Enforcement Measures
If you engage in any violation described above or otherwise breach this Agreement or the Service Rules, Unimo may, depending on severity, take one or more of the following actions and publicize the outcome where appropriate:
1. Warning;
2. Muting (e.g., global, channelspecific, or communityspecific);
3. Resetting or forcing modification of illegal nicknames, room names, images, or similar content;
4. Reducing or limiting Service Benefits (e.g., suspending accumulation or access to badges/levels, or limiting access to Digital Items);
5. Deleting all or part of your account data or related information;
6. Restricting or prohibiting access to specific scenes or features;
7. Forced logout (kicking) from the service or ongoing session;
8. Account suspension or permanent ban (“ban”);
9. Devicelevel restrictions (e.g., blocking certain devices from accessing Unimo);
10. Suspending or terminating service or unilaterally terminating this Agreement;
11. Civil actions to recover losses (including direct economic loss, reputational harm, and any compensation, settlement costs, attorneys’ fees, litigation/arbitration costs, and other indirect losses), and/or referral to administrative or judicial authorities;
12. Any other actions announced in Service Rules or necessary to protect users and the platform.
Because automation/botting/cheating tools are often covert or evanescent, Unimo may infer violations from anomalous usage signals and patterns.
During any ban/suspension, you may be unable to use Digital Items or Service Benefits. If validity periods lapse during suspension, expired benefits will not be restored.
6.6 AIGenerated and Synthesized Content Labeling
To promote transparent use of synthetic media and comply with applicable regulations, Unimo will label AIgenerated/synthesized content as follows:
(A) Platform labeling by Unimo
· Explicit UI labels: Unimo will display clear labels such as “AIgenerated” or “AIassisted” at appropriate locations (e.g., at the top/bottom of the content view, adjacent to the author line, or within the content card).
· Implicit labels: Where feasible, Unimo may embed metadata and/or watermarks indicating the synthetic nature, provider name or code, and content identifiers.
(B) Your obligations when creating or sharing synthetic content
· You must not remove or alter Unimo’s labels or watermarks.
· If you export, reshare, or transmit content generated via Unimo’s AI features, you must maintain the accuracy and integrity of labels and metadata.
· For text: include an “AIgenerated/AIassisted” label at the beginning/end or in the UI where the text appears.
· For images: ensure a visible label on an edge or corner and preserve embedded metadata if available.
· For other media types: apply a visible label in a manner appropriate to the medium and context.
· Where separate rules for certain AI features are published, those specific rules prevail.
Unimo will retain logs in accordance with law. If you disseminate AIgenerated content on the internet, you must keep labels accurate and intact.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Unimo (and its licensors) own all rights in and to the services, Software, and all related content and components (including UI, artwork, audio, text, data, designs, compilations, and dynamic displays). These are protected by applicable laws and international treaties. Except as expressly authorized, you may not use Unimo content for commercial purposes or distribute it over networks.
7.2 User Content (UGC)
If Unimo provides creation or upload features, you must ensure your UGC is lawful and noninfringing and must follow the UGC Rules (if published). You grant Unimo a worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royaltyfree license to use, reproduce, host, store, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your UGC for operating, promoting, improving, and securing the services (including use in and outside the service). To the extent permitted by law, you also waive any moral rights you may have in the UGC with respect to such uses, or agree not to assert them against Unimo. Nothing in this Section prevents you from using your UGC lawfully elsewhere, provided such use does not violate thirdparty rights or this Agreement.
To protect your interests, you authorize Unimo to act in its own name to protect UGC against infringement (e.g., monitoring, sending notices, filing claims, mediating/settling), with appropriate consultation if material interests of yours are impacted.
7.3 Service Data
Service Data and any derivative data products are owned by Unimo (subject to applicable law). Unimo may store and process Service Data to operate, protect, and improve the services.
7.4 ThirdParty IP
Where the services involve thirdparty IP, any additional terms notified by Unimo must be observed.
8. Compliance with Local Laws
8.1 You must comply with local laws and respect local morals and customs during your use of Unimo. You are solely responsible for any consequences of noncompliance.
8.2 You must not use Unimo in a way that involves Unimo in political or public events contrary to law or policy. Unimo may suspend or terminate services if such risks arise.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Place of Contract: Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.
9.2 Governing Law: The laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflictoflaw rules).
9.3 Venue: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through goodfaith negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction in the place of contract.
9.4 Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
9.5 Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Changes to this Agreement
Unimo may modify this Agreement when necessary. The latest version will be available on the relevant Unimo pages. If you continue to use the services after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” UNIMO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. UNIMO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERRORFREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF UNIMO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNIMO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO UNIMO (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights or obligations hereunder without Unimo’s prior written consent. Unimo may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
10.5 Notices
Unimo may deliver notices via inapp messages, popups, emails, SMS, or website postings. Such notices are effective upon publication or delivery.
10.6 Entire Agreement; No Waiver
This Agreement (including incorporated policies) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unimo regarding the services and supersedes prior agreements. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

Annex A — Unimo AI Feature–Specific Rules
A1. Scope and Definitions
· AI Features: Any Unimo feature that generates, transforms, classifies, or otherwise processes content using artificial intelligence or algorithmic models (text, image, audio, video, code, 3D, effects/filters, avatars, voices, etc.).
· AI Output: Any content or data produced or materially shaped by AI Features, including previews, drafts, intermediate artifacts, embeddings, metadata, watermarks, and final renders.
· Inputs: User prompts, uploads, instructions, reference files, seeds, style settings, negative prompts, and feedback.
· ThirdParty AI Provider: A model vendor or service Unimo integrates (e.g., model APIs, hosted weights, tool plugins).
· Service Rules: Community Guidelines, labeling rules, and other Unimo policies.
A2. Ownership of AI Outputs (Unimo Claim)
1. Unimo Ownership. As between you and Unimo, Unimo is and remains the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to all AI Outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Assignment by Users (Present & Future). To the extent any copyright (or similar right, including derivative, neighboring, performer’s, design, or compilation rights) could vest in you in any AI Output or in your human contributions to that Output (e.g., prompt engineering, curation, selection, arrangement, postedits), you hereby irrevocably assign to Unimo, on a present and continuing basis, all right, title, and interest worldwide, including all renewals and extensions. You also waive and agree not to assert moral rights (or consent to reasonable modifications where waiver is not possible).
3. If Ownership Is Not Available by Law. In jurisdictions where AI Outputs (or parts of them) are not eligible for copyright or similar protection:
o (a) Unimo grants you only the limited license in A3;
o (b) Unimo reserves and asserts all contractual rights, trade secret, compilation/selection/arrangement, database and sui generis database rights, and any other protectable interests in model parameters, pipelines, prompts, postprocessing, and content assemblies.
4. ThirdParty AI Providers. Some AI Outputs may include or be constrained by thirdparty terms. Unimo does not grant rights it does not hold and may flow down provider restrictions (see A9).
A3. License to Users (Use of AI Outputs)
1. Personal License. Unimo grants you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to access, display, and use AI Outputs inside Unimo for noncommercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. External/Commercial Use. Any export, public distribution, or commercial exploitation of AI Outputs requires a separate written license from Unimo (or a paid plan expressly permitting it).
3. No Circumvention. You must not remove watermarks/metadata, alter labels, or bypass usage controls.
A4. User Inputs and Source Material
1. Your Inputs remain yours. You grant Unimo a worldwide, sublicensable, royaltyfree license to use Inputs to (i) provide AI Features; (ii) ensure safety, moderation, and compliance; (iii) debug, test, and improve models and services (unless an inproduct optout is provided and you exercise it).
2. You represent and warrant you have all necessary rights to your Inputs and that using them with AI Features does not infringe thirdparty rights or violate law or contractual obligations.
3. Reference Matching. If you upload references (faces, voices, styles, IP), you must have express permission where required.
A5. AI Content Labeling (supplements §6.6)
· Explicit labels: Unimo will surface conspicuous “AIgenerated” / “AIassisted” UI indicators for relevant content.
· Implicit labels: Where feasible, Unimo embeds metadata and/or watermarking (provider name/code, content IDs).
· Your duties: Do not remove, obscure, or falsify labels/watermarks; when exporting or sharing offplatform, you must preserve them and add visible labeling if the medium demands.
· Synthetic personas/deepfakes: If features simulate a real person’s likeness or voice, you must obtain verifiable consent and comply with applicable portrait/voice and deepsynthesis laws.
A6. Safety, Prohibitions, and Sensitive Use
You must not use AI Features to create or disseminate:
· Illegal content; content that harms national security or public order; incitement of violence or extremism; targeted harassment or discrimination; doxxing or privacy invasions; CSAM or sexual content involving minors; nonconsensual intimate imagery; medical/financial/legal advice presented as professional instruction; election manipulation or civic deception; malware or exploit code; impersonations without explicit consent; copyrightinfringing or trademarkconfusing content; or content that violates ThirdParty AI Provider rules.
Unimo may block, degrade, or remove prompts/Outputs and ratelimit or suspend access.
A7. Accuracy, NonAdvisory Use, and Human Review
AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. They are provided as is for informational and creative purposes, not as professional advice or a substitute for human judgment. You are responsible for human review and compliance with labeling and disclosure rules.
A8. Model & Data Governance
· Logs and telemetry: Unimo may log prompts/Outputs, safety events, and system metrics for security, fraud control, and service improvement.
· Data regions and retention: Unimo may store data where service infrastructure resides and retain it as required by law or for legitimate business needs (see Privacy Policy).
· Optouts (if available) will be honored prospectively.
A9. ThirdParty AI Providers and Tool Terms
· Your use of AI Features may be subject to additional tool/model terms. Unimo may suspend or modify access to comply with those terms or with law.
· Where a provider forbids certain uses (e.g., biometric identification, political persuasion), those prohibitions apply within Unimo.
· If a provider restricts downstream licensing, your rights are no broader than Unimo’s rights from that provider.
A10. Export Controls and Sanctions
You must not use AI Features in violation of export control, sanctions, or dualuse laws. Unimo may geoblock or restrict as needed.
A11. Takedown, Remediation, and Recourse
Unimo may remove AI Outputs, lock access, or suspend accounts to address suspected violations. You may submit a counternotice/appeal via Support with relevant proof.
A12. Precedence
This Annex A controls over conflicting terms in the Agreement regarding AI Features, AI Outputs, ownership of AI Outputs, labeling, and toolspecific rules.

Annex C — Unimo Account Deletion Terms
C1. Overview
Deleting your Unimo account is irreversible. Once complete, you lose access to the account and most associated data.
C2. Eligibility and Verification
· You must be the account holder (or legal guardian for minors) and pass identity verification.
· Accounts under investigation, subject to legal hold, or with unresolved disputes may be temporarily ineligible.
C3. Deactivation Window
· Once you submit a deletion request, Unimo may place the account in deactivation for 30 days. During this period you can cancel the request by logging in. After the window, deletion proceeds.
C4. Consequences
Upon deletion:
· Service Benefits terminate: balances, Digital Items, subscriptions, badges/levels, coupons—forfeit with no refund unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
· Content you posted may be (i) deleted; (ii) anonymized; or (iii) retained where necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, billing, safety, or to preserve the integrity of others’ threads where your posts are part of a conversation.
· Backups/logs: Certain records may persist for limited periods as required for security, audit, billing, and legal compliance; they are not used to provide service to you.
· Thirdparty logins remain with those providers; you must manage them directly.
C5. Subscriptions and Billing

· Outstanding amounts remain payable. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy or mandatory law.
C6. Data Portability (if available)
· Before deletion you may request a machinereadable export of select data we hold. Certain data (e.g., safety logs, internal risk scores, model telemetry) may be excluded.
C7. Reregistration
· You may reregister, but prior data and identifiers are not restorable.
C8. Contact
· For deletion status or appeals, contact [support@unimo.chat].
Annex D — Unimo Trust & Safety Score Rules
D1. Purpose
The Trust & Safety Score (“TSS”) helps keep Unimo fair and secure. It reflects policyrelevant behavior (e.g., guideline violations, abuse risk, fraud signals).
D2. Scale and Starting Point
· Score range: 0–100 (higher is better).
· New accounts start at 80–90 depending on verification level and early behavior.
D3. Events and Deductions (illustrative)
· Minor policy violation (e.g., spammy posting): –5 to –10
· Repeated labeling failures for AI content: –10 each occurrence
· IP infringement (first substantiated notice): –20; repeat: –40
· Harassment/hate: –20 to –50 depending on severity
· Severe safety violation (e.g., CSAM, violent extremism, serious fraud): Immediate suspension; TSS set to 0
· Evasion (ban circumvention, device spoofing): –40 to 0 + device block
D4. Positive Adjustments
· Verified identity or 2FA: +5
· Longterm compliant use: +1 per 30 days (cap +12 per year)
